Gentle YOGA
Mon: 6:00-7:00pm w/ Theresa
Work on flexibibiity, breathing, balance, and core stregth. All fitness levels welcomed and encouraged.
Vigorous YOGA
Wed: 6-7pm w/ Theresa
A yoga practice that will get your breath moving, increase your strength, endurance, and sense of balance and focus, all the while massively reducing stress in your life. The class moves at a good pace so some experience with yoga postures is recommended.
SILVER SNEAKERS®
Mon, Wed, Fri: 8am, 9am
Muscular Strength & Range of Motion for older adults. This class is designed for Senior adults. Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. Friday's class will be a group-led stretch and walk.
Total Body Workout for older adults
Tue & Thu: 9-10am
Meet new friends and have lots of fun with this class designed to improve coordination and endurance. Core Strengthening & Walk for older adults. A staff member will be available Thursdays beginning at 9:30am to get you more familiarized with the exercise equipment.
ACTIVE WOMEN, HEALTHY WOMEN
Tue: 6-7pm w/ Team Survior Northwest
A broad range of fitness and health education programs to enable women cancer survivors, in any stage of treatment or recovery and at any fitness level, to take an active role in their ongoing physical and emotional healing. The class will focus on overall strength and flexibility with an emphasis on progressing women who are either in treatment or just out of treatment into a regular fitness routine.
ZUMBA!
Tue & Thu: 7-8pm w/ Kate
A fantastic cardio workout that combines dance, aerobics, and Latin music. Super fun! All fitness levels welcomed and encouraged.

'Last Chance Workout' class

Oooh, hurts so good! This class is designed to push you just beyond your limits just in time for weigh-ins on Monday.
