WHAT IS ELITE FITNESS?
The NEW Elite Fitness program of RHF is a Cross-Fit style class aimed at those who want to push themselves to get in to the best shape of their lives. We use weightlifting, gymnastics (think push-ups and pull-ups, not leotards), and cardiovascular training (such as running, rowing, and biking) to create varied and challenging workouts everyday. Add to this, a clean diet and you will be stronger, faster, and leaner in no time.
WHO CAN DO IT?
Elite Fitness is for everyone as long as you have the desire. The great thing about Elite Fitness is that it is scalable -- every exercise we do can be scaled to whatever level you are at, whether it be by weight, repetition, or time. Each of us can increase our power, strength, endurance, flexibility, stamina, coordination, agility, and balance. Since we all need the same things, we can train in the same way. You can be fit at any age, so if you like hard work with results, what are you waiting for?
