ZUMBA Fitness

Tuesday & Thursday:  7:00 - 8:00 PM with Kate

A cardio workout that combines dance, aerobics, and Latin music, ZUMBA fitness is fast-paced and burns close to 1000 calories in the span of just one hour! Most importantly, ZUMBA is fun! All skill levels are welcomed and encouraged, and no prior experience is necessary. All you need is a water bottle, flat-soled shoes and a positive attitude. All fitness levels welcomed and encouraged-we hope to see you soon!
