What made you want to join RHF?
I lived in the neighborhood in Hillman City and the gym was in a basement then. I liked the philosophy of a low-key gym and workouts. I found out about it through a friend who lived nearby and told me they were having an open house.
What’s your favorite thing about Group Training?
I love the trainers! I'm always amazed by how the next person is as amazing as the one before when you get new trainers. Also, the people in the group keep you motivated. I like the variety of workouts—even if we do the same exercises, the trainers mix up the routine.
What kind of results are you getting?
I’m staying strong. The total body workout keeps my full body strong. I could use more cardio but I don’t get here earlier enough to get that in. I do Group Training about 4 times a week.
What would you tell a friend if inviting them to try Group Training?
I have done that. I tell them the gym is good, all-inclusive and you don’t feel uncomfortable. The trainers can work with you even if you’re on a different places on a scale—they can work with a range of people at the same time.
What’s your favorite post-workout snack?
Since I go to work right after it has to be something quick like apples and peanut butter.
