What's your favorite thing about working at RHF?
I love how the gym has a community vibe to it. You can't get that at a LA Fitness or 24-hour Fitness. Everyone is so nice and not intimidating like the other gyms.
Tell us how you became interested in health and fitness?
My football coach was a personal trainer himself and was a great mentor to me. His ways of working out got me interested into working the fitness industry. I'm forever thankful for the position he helped put me in today.
What's the craziest thing you've ever done to stay fit?
I used to do two-a-days (2 workouts per day) at RHF CrossFit that involved cardio and heavy weightlifting. You know, all that good stuff. It's nothing crazy to me because I used to work out like this back in high school. But when I get more free time in the next few months, I'll be back in action for the CrossFit Open!
Confession time: List your top 3 healthy snacks and admit a guilty pleasure.
Not in any particular order: 1. Watermelon 2. Boiled eggs 3. Baked chicken breasts

Do you have any motivation tips for working out regularly?
Get better everyday. Come to the gym with a goal to challenge yourself. There is no point to come to the gym with an easy workout. If you're worried about people judging you on how you workout in the gym, you played yourself. Go to the gym!
