Susan has been a member of Rainier Health & Fitness since May 2013. You can find her working out on her own or in a cycling class 3 to 5 times per week. Susan was nominated by our cycling instructor as our Ladies Night Member of the Month.

Convenience, equipment, group classes, friendly staff and class instructors and diverse members.
What do you like most about Ladies Night?
It’s fun to join the class with fellow gym members. Class instructors motivate everybody to work harder.
What does your typical fitness routine look like?
Join spin class on Tuesdays and Thursdays, yoga class, do some weights and cardio.
What are you most proud of/biggest accomplishment in regards to health or exercise in 2015?
Continue being active, eat healthy and work hard to have 6-pack abs :) toned biceps and triceps.
