What's Different at the New Gym?

Welcome to RHF! If you haven't dropped in since we moved--or even if you have--you may be unaware of some of our new and improved features. Let us give you a visual tour (and hope to see you busting out a cardio routine on our kinesis wall, modified bikes or ZUMBA class in our expanded classroom soon):

  • New equipment: cable machines, indoor cycling bikes, more rowers, kinesis wall, modified upper body bikes, upright bikes, vario machine, functional training equipment (jump ropes, ankle-resistant bands, BOSU balls, foam rollers), new yoga mats, more and heavier weights including kettle bells plus 50 and 70 pound dumbbells.
