This class provides participants an opportunity to explore accessible and supportive poses that help restore the body's nervous system to its natural, calm state. Through the integration of breath, longer held postures and the use of props, you will fully experience what it means to wind down and feel a total sense of calm and well-being. This class is held at a slower pace and focuses on stretching all areas of the body, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles. This is an all-levels class, appropriate for the beginner to the advanced practitioner.

Pilates focuses on core strengthening by emphasizing small, fluid movements that increase flexibility. It's appropriate for all fitness levels so you can jump into a class at any time.

Tuesday: This early morning cycling class is set in low-lighting creating a serene experience. The class combines the benefits of cycling with core strengthening, rotating on and off the bike in the following sequence:
- Start with cycling for about 25 minutes
- Core exercises on the mat (no weights or kettle bells) for about 15 minutes
- Cycling for another 10 minutes (with arms stretching at the end)
- One minute front plank (and stretching) and one minute wall sit
Wednesday: Get ready to be inspired while cycling! Let loose, clear your head and amp up your cardio when you ride to a great vibe of hip-hop jams.
Friday: Get a great workout in this encouraging, endurance-based indoor cycling class! Riding to upbeat music, you'll be coached on proper form and technique, all the while building strength and endurance. And you'll probably make some new friends in the process! All levels welcome.
Tuesday & Thursday: 6:00 PM
Combine the motivation of an energetic instructor with stationary bikes, and you get this incredible workout--plus have lots of fun! (see Friday Cycling above for a full description of the class). Ladies of all levels are invited to join.

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase balance, muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance. SilverSneakers® I is lower impact than SilverSneakers® II with seniors using a chair for seated and/or standing support. Our most popular class for older adults!

This class is similar to format I but a little more advanced. There are no chairs and it features a more challenging routine with cardio. Try it out!
SilverSneakers® YogaStretch for Older Adults

A certified SilverSneakers® workout, our yoga stretch class modifies poses for older adults with chairs and yoga belts. The class focuses on shoulder extension, balance, flexibility, hips and the core lower back and spine. All fitness levels are welcome.

Meet new friends and have lots of fun with this class designed to improve coordination and endurance. Core strengthening and circuit training for a total body workout.

A cardio workout that combines dance, aerobics, and Latin music, ZUMBA fitness is fast-paced and burns close to 1000 calories in the span of just one hour! Most importantly, ZUMBA is fun! All skill levels are welcomed and encouraged, and no prior experience is necessary. All you need is a water bottle, flat-soled shoes and a positive attitude. We welcome members of all fitness levels to come out and join the party!

From circuit-style routines that include cardio intervals, to strength-training using weights, bands and body weight, each class brings its own unique challenges.
