7:00 PM, Butts & Guts with Alicia
Join women of all shapes and sizes on Ladies Night to exercise and support one another in a non-threatening environment. Work out with other women from the community or join in on a free-for-members cycling or ZUMBA fitness class.
Ladies’ Night also takes the shape of several different women’s-only classes in our large classroom throughout the week. A team of group class instructors provide a variety of options and workout times for women members who prefer a ladies-only space. Visibility from the outside is blocked for this room to honor women’s only classes, while the main floor of the gym remains open for any members who want to work out. The classroom can be accessed through the backdoor so women who do not want guys to see them at the gym can enter and exit there.
Outside the classroom, we also offer a "Women & Weights" Group Training workout at 4:00 and 5:00 PM on Tuesdays.
