New to RHF? We offer a complimentary 30-minute session most Saturday afternoons. Choose from:
- Consultation: Meet with a trained fitness consultant who will help you maximize the benefits of your gym membership. During this meeting, the fitness consultant will help you develop fitness goals and a workout plan consistent with the results you're aiming for.
- Orientation: One of our qualified instructors will take you through each of our fitness equipment you would like to learn how to use. The instructor will begin a workout log for you, take you to each piece of equipment, set your seat adjustments and recommend how much weight you begin lifting.
- Assessment: A personal trainer will lead you through assessments to gauge current body composition, cardiovascular or muscular endurance. A fitness assessment indicates a person's current health and fitness status.
