SilverSneakers® MSROM, Format I

Silver Sneakers

Monday, Wednesday, Friday:  8:00 AM - 8:50 AM & 9:00 AM - 9:50 AM

Tuesdays at noon

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase balance, muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance. 

MSROM stands for Muscular Strength & Range of Motion. SilverSneakers® I is lower impact than SilverSneakers® II with seniors using a chair for seated and/or standing support. Our most popular class for older adults, we offer it twice a day on Monday, Wednesday and Friday as well as Tuesdays at noon. 

SilverSneakers® MSROM, Format II

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:00 AM - 9:50 AM

This class is similar to format I but a little more advanced. There are no chairs and it features a more challenging routine with cardio. Try it out! 

SilverSneakers® YogaStretch for Older Adults

Thursday: 9:00 AM - 9:50 AM

A certified SilverSneakers® workout, our yoga stretch class modifies poses for older adults with chairs and yoga belts. The class focuses on shoulder extension, balance, flexibility, hips and the core lower back and spine. All fitness levels are welcome.

Core Strengthening for Older Adults

Tuesday:  9:00 AM - 9:50 AM

Meet new friends and have lots of fun with this class designed to improve coordination and endurance.  Core strengthening and circuit training for a total body workout.
