How the WEL program works for you
RHF staff works with you to develop an exercise program and goals tailored to you. Trainers evaluate your fitness baseline and create wellness plan that includes fitness schedule and nutrition guidelines in the context of a supportive community.
The WEL program allows you to exercise with confidence at RHF. Our staff and trainers will support you along the way. Working together, you’ll improve your level of fitness and reduce your risk of heart disease and long-term health issues.
Work at your own pace
RHF’s WEL program allows you to work independently and at your own pace. And our staff is available to answer questions and to assist you with your exercise program. The program will help you to maintain an active lifestyle and gain the confidence to continue independent exercise. Additionally, RHF offers quarterly eight week challenges and highly encourages WEL participants to join!
