Gentle Yoga

Monday:  6:00 PM - 6:50 PM with Jen Hughes

This class provides participants an opportunity to explore accessible and supportive poses that help restore the body's nervous system to its natural, calm state. Through the integration of breath, longer held postures and the use of props, you will fully experience what it means to wind down and feel a total sense of calm and well-being. This class is held at a slower pace and focuses on stretching all areas of the body, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles. This is an all-levels class, appropriate for the beginner to the advanced practitioner. 


Wednesday: 6:00 PM - 6:50 PM with Reilley Shannon

Rooted in strong alignment, intelligent sequencing and a deep respect for participants, this class explores the balance between "being" and "becoming." Learn how to fully and lovingly accept your body as it is in the moment. All fitness levels welcome!  

Yoga Stretch for Older Adults

Thursday: 9:00 AM - 9:50 AM  

A SLIVERSNEAKERS® workout, our yoga stretch class modifies poses for older adults with chairs and yoga belts. The class focuses on shoulder extension, balance, flexibility, hips and the core lower back and spine. All fitness levels are welcome.


Friday: 10:00 AM - 10:50 AM  with LoraBeth Barr 

Focus on your alignment through deep stretching and restorative poses in this class that pairs strength-building with stretching. Each session opens and closes with a centering meditation, focusing on mind-body awareness so that students of all abilities can leave feeling both agile and rested.  


Saturday: 9:00 AM - 9:50 AM with Eunice Hobbs

Start your weekend with a good stretch and strengthening poses. This class is intended for all body types and walks of life. The instructor aims to ensure students feel comfortable and safe to explore their body, mind, and spirit while on their mats.
