CrossFit workouts at RHF blend several different aspects of fitness to increase cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. From barbell squats to kettle bells swings, our certified trainers will coach you through a series of movements to condition your body to its maximal ability.
Wake up each day to a brand new workout that will get your heart racing, your blood pumping and keep your motivation levels high! For just an additional $30 a month (approximately $3 per session), you'll get to exercise under the guidance of a certified trainer alongside four to six other RHF members.
