The RHF Older Adult Program offers a variety of classes 5 days a week, designed for all fitness levels. With our convenient color-coded system, you can easily choose the best classes for your fitness level, whether you’re just starting out or looking for a challenge. Our classes take place in both our outdoor space and indoor group classroom, offering flexibility and variety.
