group Classes

At RHF group classes are free and available for all members to enjoy as a part of your membership. Join our qualified and highly energetic instructors along with other members in a variety of specified workout routines that range from MixxedFit, 30 minutes of HIIT, Hip Hop Cycling, Yoga, Zumba, Pilates etc.

We offer both In-Person Outdoor Group Classes and Live Virtual Group Classes to participate in at home.

Small group Private trainng

Are you someone who has looked into Personal Training but working with a tight budget? Are you looking for an outdoor option? Do you benefit from consistent community support, individualized workouts and accountability? THIS IS FOR YOU!

This RHF program started during Covid, out of the need to have small groups (or "squads") of members working out outdoors or indoors. Today join a "Squad" of 5-7 members with your own personal trainer guiding you through at least 4 weeks of focused programming based on your goals and trainer’s expertise. Together you will be able to track results, receive nutrition guidance and have a consistent community and trainer for extra accountability and support. 

Personal training

RHF offers one-on-one exercise guidance. These packages are specifically designed to develop permanent, positive changes to each member's health, level of physical fitness and overall well-being. Following the initial consultationinterview and body composition analysis, progress is carefully tracked over the course of the training program with periodic re-evaluations to ensure progression toward meeting the members ultimate fitness goals.
