Earn RHF Points by completing any eligible activities at Rainier Health and Fitness in person or from home! For example, gym check-in, virtual group class attended, refer a friend, and more.
Refer a Friend
Refer your friends and family to Rainier Health and Fitness and get 500 points when they join!
Redeem
Redeem your RHF Points that you have earned for vouchers towards things like RHF merchandise, membership deals, and more.
