Pi-Yo


Pilates and Yoga combined class with Andrea. Explore the balance between "being" and "becoming" by learning how to fully and lovingly accept your body as it is in the moment. Guiding you with deep respect, instructors will lead you towards strong alignment through intelligent sequencing. All fitness levels welcome!

Older Adult Classes

Older Adult Fitness:(previously SilverSneakers1)
Monday, Wednesday 9am

In this beginner level class you have the choice to do all of the exercises seated or standing. We will be using 3 different pieces of equipment (ball, resistance band, and handheld weights) to do a full body workout that will also include some focused balance training. If you are just getting back into a regular fitness routine, or haven't exercised in a while this class will be perfect for you!

Low Impact Circuit: (previously Total Body Core/Circuit)
Tuesday, Friday 9am

In this advanced level class we will be getting on the floor to do core & strength exercises in addition to standing exercises. The format of this class is a "Circuit" where each movement is completed for a specified period of time before moving to the next exercise. In addition to full body strength & endurance training, we will also do some "agility" and balance exercises to ensure you feel comfortable moving around safely! If you are looking for a slightly more challenging class than "Older Adult Fitness" then this is the class for you!

Yoga for Older Adults
Thursday 9am

In this seated Chair Yoga class you will be guided through stretching & relaxation exercises to ensure you are taking care of yourself and your body. Are you looking for help with correcting your posture, or relief from tight muscles or stiffness? Then check out this class!
